What Should I Expect During the Treatment?
If you think that CoolTone treatment could be right for you, your first step will be to schedule a consultation with one of our medical providers at CosmetiCare. During this meeting, your provider will ask you questions about your aesthetic goals and what you’re hoping to achieve from the treatment. You’ll also be able to get answers to any questions you have about CoolTone.
The actual CoolTone process is very simple and can be performed right at our facility. Typically, no anesthesia is required, and the procedure takes only around 30 to 60 minutes in total. When the treatment begins, your medical provider will take the wand that’s connected to the CoolTone device and slowly move it around the targeted area of your body. While performing the treatment, the doctor or technician will be monitoring and controlling the procedure using the device’s computer screen. Once the treatment is finished, you should be able to return home immediately.
To achieve optimal results, most patients need to undergo four CoolTone sessions over the course of two weeks. After that, a maintenance session is needed every three to six months.
