Dr. Niccole, Founder and Medical Director of CosmetiCare Plastic Surgery Center and MedSpa, established the Magic Mirror Foundation, a non-profit in Orange County, California in 1987.

After traveling to Mexico and South America with fellow US Doctors to treat locals, helping correct burns, cataracts, cleft lips, and cleft palates, he found that repairing these relatively simple deformities vastly improved an individual’s self-esteem.
This alone was the catalyst for the foundation’s mission: to provide life-improving cosmetic and reconstructive procedures to those who cannot afford it on their own.

Victims of domestic abuse, accidents, breast cancer survivors, and children who have been victims of bullying are naming just a few types of patients we’ve helped.
Since then, Dr. Niccole has donated more than $1 million of his own money to the foundation, with all proceeds benefiting patients. His feel-good work and vast impact resulting from these life-changing procedures have garnered media attention as well, with features on Inside Edition, The Orange County Register, KTLA, and Orange Coast Magazine.
