MedSpa Prepaid Package & Refund Policy

At CosmetiCare, we value transparency and client satisfaction. This policy governs all prepaid treatments, memberships, and service packages.

1. Completed Services

All sales are final for services once rendered. Refunds cannot be issued for treatments already performed.

 2. Prepaid Packages and Credits

  • Prepaid packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing, and cannot be refunded.
  • Unused sessions may be redeemed for other available services at their prorated cash value, calculated from the full retail price of completed treatments, provided the package has not already expired.
  • Packages function as service agreements, not gift certificates. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law, consistent with California Civil Code §1749.5.
     

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations under 24 hours, or missed (no-show) appointments are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. If your treatment was scheduled for more than one hour, a credit card number will be taken to reserve your appointment and any cancellation under 24 hours or missed (no-show) appointment for that treatment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.

4. Adverse Reactions & Dissatisfaction

If you experience a medical reaction, notify us immediately for evaluation and follow-up at no cost. Dissatisfied clients are encouraged to schedule a consultation to review treatment outcomes. Results from medical aesthetic procedures vary between individuals. Individual outcomes vary depending on each patient’s unique physiology, adherence to post-care instructions, and response to treatment. While CosmetiCare aims for optimal outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with the appearance or duration of results does not qualify for a refund, redo, or credit unless the treatment was performed below accepted medical standards. In the event of any concern or unexpected result, patients are encouraged to contact the clinic for a follow-up consultation. Adjustments or touch-ups may be offered at the provider’s discretion.

5. Refund Exceptions

Treatment refunds are available only if a service is cancelled by CosmetiCare for reasons beyond the client’s control or deemed medically inappropriate by our provider. Refunds are not available once a treatment has been performed, unless legally required or approved by management in writing.

Retail Product Refund & Exchange Policy

Our CosmetiCare private label product return policy is valid up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All other sales are final.

Gift Cards and Light-Bright Pigment Correcting Pads are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process. If you haven’t received a refund after that time, check your bank account again or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Complimentary or sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you or given to you directly from the purchaser, you’ll receive a gift credit for the original purchase price of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product or refund to reach you may vary.

We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For your protection, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping an item over $75.00.
