There are a number of
finance companies doing business with those patients who may require
a loan to help with payment of surgical services. Whether you need
just a small loan or one for the entire procedure amount, you can
apply by phone or online and receive a response typically within
24 – 48 hours.
Fees can be paid by credit
card, cash, cashiere’s
check or money order on your pre-operative appointment date. If utilizing
a finance company for only a portion of fees due, payment methods
can also be combined.
All surgical fees must be paid upon your pre-operative
appointment which is usually scheduled two (2) weeks prior to your
surgery date. If utilizing a finance company, you are responsible
for ensuring that payment has been mailed directly to CosmetiCare
and received for all balances due of your surgical fees.
In the event that fees have not been received
by CosmetiCare from your finance company on or before the scheduled
pre-operative appointment day, you may risk losing your scheduled
surgery date.
