Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations under 24 hours, or missed (no-show) appointments are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. If your treatment was scheduled for more than one hour, a credit card number will be taken to reserve your appointment and any cancellation under 24 hours or a missed (no-show) appointment for that treatment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.
Surgical Consultations
Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule within the requested time period, your consultation fee can be applied to a reschedule of your consultation 1 (one) time, after which a new consultation fee will be required. Any cancellations under 24 hours, or missed (no-show) appointments are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the consultation fee.
Surgery
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a surgery date. If cancellation or postponement of the scheduled surgery is initiated by the patient less than two weeks prior to the date of surgery, 50% of the surgery fees paid (excluding the $1,000 non-refundable deposit) will be kept as a cancellation fee and the remaining 50% will be refunded. A $250 rescheduling fee will be charged if a surgery is requested to be rescheduled more than 3 times.
